Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 1 pcs for normal stock item,Mixed different items order is acceptable for us too.OEM/ODM item MOQ,can be negotiated.
Q: May I get some discount?
A: Sure. Discount is negotiable for large QTY order.
Q: How can I get my goods?
A: Under trade terms of CIF, usually we deliver goods to the destination port by sea. Our shipping agency will contact you to pick up the goods upon arrival.In trade term of Shen zhen FOB, you are supposed to inform us your shipping agency to arrange local transportation together.
Q: What’s the normal delivery period ?
A: Normally ,We has stock for small QTY (10-20pcs) fast delivery(total near 400models,500k USD inventory amount ),If it’s out of stock,It takes about 10-25 days to finish. General speaking, all depend on order quantity and we will arrange production ASAP when order confirmed or deposit arranged.
Q: Could you possibly make labels on products and cartons customized with my logo and indication?
A:Sure, no problem. If you have any packing requirements, you can tell me before your order. Generally, if quantity is small, I can stick it in the cartoon including your shipping mark and logo and indication. If is bulk order, we can print your logo and indication on the carton, which is different from the first one.
